Global Content Specialist at LEO Pharma

Your role 

We are looking for a person to become our new Global Content Specialist. Your primary objective is to drive the alignment of content development and management in Veeva Vault PromoMats. You will work closely with the PromoMats Product Owner, Global Brand Leads, PromoMats Leads, and external agencies to ensure a streamlined process for content production across all LEO Pharma brands.  

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Partnering closely with both global and local Brand Teams to ensure the most up-to-date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used most competently. 
• Generating reports and providing insights on content usage, engagement, and system performance, utilizing PromoMats analytics tools together with our Global BI-team. 
• Identifying inefficiencies and considering new solutions to ensure the content in the Brand Portal is being utilized to its highest potential. 
• Creating, updating, and distributing all necessary guidelines for Digital Asset management and the Brand Portal, ensuring that all current processes are followed and kept relevant. 
• Regularly reviewing assets in PromoMats to ensure the platform does not contain unapproved versions of materials. 

Your qualifications:  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: 

• Business School Master’s degree or similar 
• Experience with Veeva Vault or Veeva Vault PromoMats 
• Agency experience with digital content is an added value
• Strong communication skills in English

You will be joining the Global Commercial Enablement team, collaborating closely with the PromoMats Product Owner, Global Brand Leads, PromoMats Leads, and external agencies.
