Third Party Compliance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and driving an effective, fit-for-purpose third-party monitoring and sanctions program, including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, trade sanctions, and export control regulations.

Your role 

You will lead and oversee LEO Pharma’s global Third-Party Compliance, Sanctions, and Export Control program. You will be responsible for developing frameworks, monitoring activities, and ensuring adherence to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, trade sanctions, and export control regulations across the company’s operations.

 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Develop, implement, and own global frameworks for Third-Party Compliance, including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, trade sanctions, and export control.
  • Oversee due diligence and risk assessments on vendors, suppliers, and partners in close collaboration with Global Finance and Global Procurement.
  • Monitor third-party activities for compliance risks, review contracts and payments, and investigate suspected violations.
  • Develop and maintain sanctions screening policies, procedures, and a risk management framework.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance topics and how to identify and report potential violations.
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Global Leadership Team (GLT) and the Audit Committee, and liaise with Legal & Compliance teams globally.
 

Your qualifications 

  

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

  • Master of Laws and minimum 5 years’ experience in anti-corruption, third-party monitoring, sanctions, and export control.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international compliance laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risk.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
