Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development Senior Manager 

We are looking for an experienced lead to drive leadership development, talent and succession management, and organizational development at enterprise level, ensuring enablement of LEO Pharma’s strategy, future business needs, and our unique culture. The role will drive impactful people initiatives across LEO and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR stakeholders.

Your role 

This role will translate strategic priorities into impactful, practical solutions, interventions, and processes that enable leaders, HR partners, and the organization to build capabilities, talents, succession pipelines, and organizations for the future. 

 

Key responsibilities:  

 

  • Drive the enterprise approach to leadership, talent & succession, and organizational development in close partnership with the Head of the CoE. 

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise frameworks, concepts, processes, and interventions within leadership, talent, succession, organizational effectiveness, and strategic capabilities. 

  • Own and evolve core processes such as organizational planning and talent & succession review, ensuring quality, governance, user experience, and business value. 

  • Advise, inspire and constructively challenge leaders, senior leadership, and the HRBP community as a subject matter expert within the role’s areas of expertise. 

  • Develop high-quality analyses, recommendations, presentations, decision materials, and communication content to support enterprise decision-making and execution. 

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, using data, insights, stakeholder management, communication, and impact measurement to create followership and drive adoption and continuous improvement. 

 

Your qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

   

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in leadership development, talent management, succession, organizational development, or related areas at enterprise level in a multinational organization. Life sciences experience is a plus. 

  • Proven ability to design and drive enterprise-level concepts, processes, and interventions within leadership, talent & succession, and organizational development. 

  • Strategic with a hands-on approach to translating business needs into practical, impactful solutions and high-quality deliverables. 

  • Experienced in advising, influencing, and constructively challenging senior leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders across complex matrix environments. 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence working with qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations. 

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or a related field 

  • Adept in using AI to improve processes, insights, deliverables, and stakeholder support as well as in understanding how AI will influence the future of work and organizations.
