Your role
As a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging business processes and BI solutions within our IT ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Process Analysis: collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business processes and the logic applied within SAP systems (BW, ECC, APO, IBP). You maintain comprehensive BI solution documentation to build the organizational knowledge.
- Requirements Gathering: work with business teams to gather and prioritize BI requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications for IT developers, including KPIs and metrics definition.
- SAP System Expertise: develop expertise in SAP systems, acting as an SME for BI processes, data flows, and system integration.
- Collaboration with IT Teams: act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring BI solutions align with business needs and exploring advanced analytics opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: support data discovery in SAP BW and visualization tools (Power BI, SAP SAC), delivering reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy. You train the user community to use self-service analytics and reporting and promote a data-driven mindset.
- Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance processes, data quality, and reporting, streamlining analytics and supporting master data cleanup and maintenance.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain is preferable but candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a flair for data are also eligible.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within an SAP environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (BW, ECC, APO, IBP) and visualization tools (Power BI, SAP SAC) is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Digital mindset: curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches, paired with humility to continuously learn and adapt.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

These pillars form the foundation for building a digital supply chain, along with our talented people. Based in Denmark and Ireland, we work with stakeholders across the globe.
