Your role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated student to join our Brand team. As a Student Assistant yo will be supporting and coordinating the two Production Boards (Master Content Creation Board and Production Board), including weekly stand-ups, board maintenance, process follow-up, and onboarding of new global and local board users. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the two Production Boards, including weekly stand-ups, ticket allocation, and monthly activity updates.
• Support the Production Team in assigning tickets based on team capacity and board user requests.
• Onboard new users and ensure smooth adoption of board processes for global and local teams.
• Review ticket quality and follow up with users to obtain missing information when needed.
• Drive process coordination and continuous improvement, ensuring opportunities are identified, addressed, and implemented.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and provide ad hoc support to global brand managers and the internal affiliate support model.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student with at least 2 years remaining in your studies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Service-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• Fluency in English – knowledge of Danish will be an advantage
