Your Role

As a Student Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Procurement team. Your main objectives includes assisting with projects, analysing data, and ensuring smooth operations across various activities.

The position is located at LEO Pharma Ballerup, and by working with us you will get to experience a global company, an innovative environment and flexible workplace. Just as you will be part of an truly important mission to improve the lives of people with skin diseases.

Your key  tasks:

• Analyse performance metrics, cost savings, and quality measures, presenting findings to aid decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Assist in supplier evaluations to improve relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with team members on internal projects and activities. In addition to these tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop analytical, organisational, and communication skills while gaining practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Qualifications

Having passion for data analysis or reporting will be key to thrive with the tasks associated with this position.

We will be selecting candidates who is: 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university program, such as business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
We are looking for someone who is action-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn. Solid communication skills and a collaborative mind-set will be key in this role.
