Your role

As Strategic LCM Partner, you will drive and deliver initiatives that strengthen our long-term strategy, enhances our competitive position and ensure sustainable growth. You will:

• Lead cross‑functional projects that align business priorities with long‑term strategic goals.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies from regulatory, to market access and production.
• Bring deep market, operational, and organizational insight to influence decision‑making.
• Identify innovation opportunities, and support initiatives that drive transformation and operational excellence.
• Track progress against strategic goals, ensuring data‑driven evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Your role is both strategic and hands‑on—balancing vision with execution, and ensuring plans materialize into measurable outcomes.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a collaborative and results‑oriented leader with:

• Proven experience in strategic business partnering, consultancy, or senior advisory roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
• Strong capability to work in a complex, matrix organisation, influencing without direct authority.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, organizational drivers, and change management principles.
• Analytical acumen, paired with the ability to translate insights into pragmatic solutions.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, able to unite teams across geographies and functions.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, or other related field).
