  • Managing follow-up on corporate goals, proactively identifying risks, and recommending mitigating strategies to ensure progress.
  • Leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, including diagnosing challenges, identifying opportunities, and developing implementation plans for organizational improvement.
  • Contributing to IPO preparedness by acting as the strategic voice in cross-functional efforts and collaborating with shareholders to build a cohesive vision for the organization’s future.
  • Engaging with affiliate leadership teams and global asset teams to align strategy across geographies and functional areas.
  • Partnering with innovation teams in R&D and Business Development to explore and drive new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • An advanced scientific or business-related degree (Master’s degree required).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences corporate strategy, consulting or investment banking, including independent stakeholder management experience.
  • A proven track record of structured problem-solving and delivering both qualitative and quantitative business insights through advanced analysis.
  • Experience crafting and delivering clear, concise, and impactful communications to senior stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and verbal discussions.
  • Strong commercial and/or scientific acumen, with an interest in or experience within medical dermatology.
  • A proactive, action-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying new opportunities and driving initiatives forward.
  • Accountability for the execution and long-term success of initiatives, including consistent follow-through, troubleshooting, and course correction when needed.

Your New Team

You will join LEO Pharma’s Corporate Strategy department, reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, and working closely with the Global Leadership Team (GLT). You will have the opportunity to develop close partnerships with colleagues across the organization, from regional teams in North America, Germany, and China to global innovation teams in R&D and Business Development.
