Your role

As Senior Scientist, Analytical & Stability Biologics, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of biologics development. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Scientific oversight of analytical methods and stability studies  for marketed biologic combination products
  • Act as analytical and stability SME in relevant Technology Transfer projects
  • Statistical evaluation of data to support stability trending, setting/evaluation of specification limit, comparability acceptance criteria setting or any process data evaluation.
  • Act as analytical and stability SME in handling of Change Controls and Deviation, incl. assisting in OOT / OOS investigation
  • Provide SME expertise  to our external partners
  • Accountable for writing and updating  regulatory documentation (M3) in commercial phase.
  • Represent LEO Pharma in interactions with Health authorities for variations for LEO Pharma marketed Biologics
  • To participate and contribute to biologic development projects

 

 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytical development and stability testing for biologics in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Expertise in stability and analytical methods for monoclonal antibodies
  • Strong understanding of ICH stability guidelines and regulatory requirements for biologics.
  • Proven experience contributing to regulatory submissions and ensuring documentation compliance.
  • Experienced in statistics
