Senior SAP Project Manager

Your role

You will be responsible for the daily management of the  SAP project through the life cycle of the project.

•    Understand and embrace a highly regulated business environment and define project deliverables accordingly.
•    Build valuable relationships with key stakeholders across the global organization and outsourcing partners.
•    Be curious, direct, accountable, and bold, rather than dodging challenges due to the risk of failure.
•    Driving SAP projects to support the Digital aspiration, managing scope, time, and budget to deliver objectives.
•    Lead and support projects in the planning, execution, and implementation/handover of new SAP systems, processes, and technologies in close collaboration with IT Business Partners, IT Architects, and Service Delivery Managers.
•    Implement and adhere to the Governance and Project model.
•    Build and lead a team of dedicated resources.
•    Evolve the Project Model throughout communities.
•    Build and lead a team of dedicated colleagues from across the organization.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

•    Master’s degree preferred.
•    Skilled SAP Project Manager with a proven track record.
•    Many years of experience in the SAP domain.
•    Certified in project management, change management, test management, and SAP.
•    Experience with large-scale SAP implementations and delivering innovative solutions to drive business growth.
•    Proven ability to manage steering committees, internal/ external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, offshore and near-shore teams.
•    Experience in optimizing processes, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget in highly political organizations and under challenging conditions.
•    Experience with global and local greenfield, brownfield, template, roll-out, and carve-out SAP projects.
•    Experience with S/4HANA implementations (greenfield and brownfield).
•    Strong team builder and highly skilled within stakeholder management.
•    Professional level in written and verbal English.
•    Highly structured with strong decision-making and assertive leadership style.
•    Knowledge within life science/pharma industry.
•    Knowledge of project accounting techniques.
•    Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, phases, techniques, and tools.
