About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Professional to take charge of critical quality-related responsibilities within a GxP-regulated environment. This role encompasses ensuring quality oversight across contract manufacturing setups and processes, functioning as the primary quality interface between LEO and CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations), and managing the release and certification of APIs, intermediate products, finished goods, and bulk products produced by contract manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality release of externally manufactured products in compliance with cGMP.
• Oversee and collaborate with CMOs, including quality agreements and audit follow‑up.
• Support operations and projects as a quality SME.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and PQR activities.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and maintain compliant documentation.
• Stay up to date with GxP requirements and support team goals.

Your qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA environment in relation with CMOs.
• Eligible to act as a delegated QP, where required, and compliant with applicable legislation.
• Strong knowledge of cGxP, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Recognized subject matter expert within area of responsibility, providing sound, compliant input.
• Able to work independently, seek guidance on complex issues, and influence the wider organization.
• Committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and promoting a strong quality culture.
• Acts in accordance with the LEO Code of Conduct and corporate policies.
