You will join People Partnering & Organizational Development team, a group of dedicated professionals committed to driving leadership and organizational excellence. Your Role
As a Senior Organizational Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership excellence and fostering organizational growth at LEO Pharma. Your main objectives will include designing and driving impactful projects, enabling our HR community, and supporting senior leadership teams.


Your main responsibility will include:

  • Shaping Leadership Frameworks: Be a key player to define and drive next steps for our recently launched global leadership framework to ensure clear anchoring and ambitions for leadership across geographies and business areas.
  • Driving Development Initiatives: Design and implement organizational and people development initiatives that enhance leadership professionalization and enable People Impact and Growth through concepts, regular leadership processes, and projects. 
  • Inspiring LEO leaders and the HR Community: Act as a trusted advisor and inspiration partner for HR colleagues, enabling them to excel in leadership advisory and organizational development, as well as drive selected key team intervention programs yourself.

 

In addition to these tasks, you will develop simple yet impactful concepts in collaboration and building sold relationships across, ensuring these concepts are embedded in LEO Pharma’s leadership and global people practices.

 

 

Your Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced HR project leader and concept developer with a passion for our business and who holds a proven track record implementing content, driving cross collaborations and thrives in all project stages. 

 

In addition to this we imagine you having: 

  • A MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in complex, international organizational settings with in-depth HR expertise.
  • Project management experience and the ability to create, optimize and facilitate leadership concepts with organizational-wide impact.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to build trustful relationships across cultural and geographical boundaries.
