Your role 

As Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of IT projects across the full project lifecycle. You will manage scope, time, budget, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure projects meet business objectives and support LEO Pharma’s digital ambition. 

Key responsibilities:  

• Drive complex IT projects that support LEO Pharma’s digital ambition.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery.
• Lead project planning, execution, implementation, and handover of systems, processes, and technologies.
• Build and lead dedicated project teams, including external project resources.
• Collaborate closely with IT Business Partners, IT Architects, Service Delivery Managers, PMO, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow LEO Pharma’s governance and project model, while contributing to continuous improvement

Your qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

• Proven project management experience with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder management in global or matrix organizations. 
• Knowledge of life sciences, pharma, or another highly regulated industry. 
• Solid understanding of technology concepts, IT processes, and project management methodologies.
• Strong ability to balance scope, time, resources, business value, and project governance. 
• Professional English skills, strong communication abilities, and preferably a master’s degree
