As our new Senior Global HEOR Manager, you will play a key role in demonstrating the value of our assets to payers, healthcare decision-makers, and markets worldwide.

Your role

As Senior Global HEOR Manager, you will drive HEOR projects that support LEO Pharma assets across global markets. You will work closely with payer, market access, pricing, lifecycle management, and early asset teams to demonstrate and protect product value. Your work will help shape evidence strategies that respond to payer needs, HTA requirements, and competitive market dynamics.

• Plan and drive HEOR projects that support the value of LEO Pharma assets.
• Develop economic models, HEOR tools, and value evidence to support access strategies.
• Conduct and communicate economic analyses to affiliates and internal stakeholders.
• Develop protocols and collect real-world evidence to strengthen product value demonstration.
• Contribute to HEOR publications, publication plans, and external payer-focused communication.
  
  

You will also collaborate with key external experts, payers, consultants, and internal global and affiliate teams to understand access needs and ensure strong, relevant evidence generation.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with solid expertise in health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, and market access. You bring scientific depth, business understanding, and experience translating evidence into clear value arguments for global and local decision-makers.

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Health Economics, Economics, Medicine, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Supplementary training in health economics, medicine, or a similar relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience from industry or academia.
• At least 2 years of experience within HEOR and/or Market Access.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare systems, HTA, payer decision-making, economic modelling, network meta-analysis, outcomes research, and real-world evidence.

Your new team

You will join the Global HEOR & RWE team in Ballerup, reporting to the Head of Global HEOR and RWE. The team is dedicated to generating high-quality evidence that supports the value of LEO Pharma assets and enables patient access across markets. You will work closely with colleagues in payer teams, Global Project Teams, affiliates, market access, pricing, and external partners.
