LEO Pharma is expanding its use of data and AI across the organization, with AI-based applications becoming an increasingly important part of how we work and make decisions. To support this, we are building a shared application platform that will be used by employees across much of LEO Pharma.

Your role 

We are now looking for a curious and motivated Full Stack Application Developer who wants to build high‑quality software and grow into a technical leadership role over time. 

Key responsibilities:   

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, and Drizzle.
• Contribute to and help evolve a mono-repo architecture supporting multiple AI-powered products used across LEO Pharma.
• Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and reliable user experiences in close collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Take increasing ownership of features and services end-to-end from data modeling and APIs to frontend deployment.
• Continuously improve code quality, architecture, and developer experience as the platform grows.
• Learn modern software engineering practices through hands-on mentorship from a senior software engineer, with a clear path toward greater technical responsibility and influence.

Your qualifications  

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Next.js, tRPC, Drizzle, or similar full-stack TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience working in or contributing to a mono-repo or shared codebase.
• Exposure to AI- or data-driven applications.
• A public GitHub profile or examples of personal, academic, or professional projects.
• Entrepreneurial side projects, hackathons, or strong hobby work demonstrating initiative.
• A commitment to clean, maintainable code and clear technical communication.
• A strong interest in solving business problems through well-designed technical solutions, whether you are newly graduated or in the early stages of your career.
• Solid foundations in TypeScript and modern web development, with motivation to further develop full‑stack skills.
