Your role
You will strengthen and simplify the way our customers work with data and enable them to make strategic decisions based on reliable, standardized data and analytics solutions. You will also partner with the business to develop Business Intelligence solutions which are used uniformly and embedded in the business processes.

 

   •    Understand customers’ data- and analytics needs translating them into insights solutions and robust processes. 
   •    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders establishing a reputation as a trusted partner with subject matter knowledge within the area.
   •    Identify, track and report on KPIs acting as a sparring partner for the line of business on what is relevant and possible.
   •    Collaborate with Business Data & Analytics team members and participate in defining best practice within the team.
   •    Proactively consult with stakeholders on ad-hoc analytical projects, including advising on best practice and identifying relevant use cases.
   •    Support the line of business by providing training on tools and techniques and help with translating data into actionable insights as needed.
   •    Stay up to date with technology development and how we can optimize our BI solutions in LEO Pharma.
   •    Support cross-functional projects related to own area of expertise using structured project management tools.
   •    Ensure high quality across our solutions and deliveries by reviewing others’ work and asking for feedback.
   •    Develop, maintain, and automate data workflows, datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
   •    Continuously drive improvements to increase data quality, consistency, and reliability, and find new (smarter) ways to further automate and apply analytics.
   •    Explore opportunities for predictive analytics, develop tools for the analyses, and interpret their results.
   •    Communicate data and analyses to relevant stakeholders.

 

Your qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

 

   •    A master’s degree
   •    3 years’ business analytical experience with a track-record of quantitative data analysis and data modelling
   •    2 years’ experience in data partnering/analytics within the supported area (e.g. people, supply chain or finance)
   •    Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
   •    Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate and Power App)
   •    Programming experience with M, DAX or SQL 
   •    Experience conducting statistical analyses in e.g., STATA, SPSS, SAS, R, or Python 
   •    Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Analysis/BW is an advantage
   •    Solid stakeholder management skills 
   •    Good project management skills
   •    Fluency in written and verbal English
