We are looking for a talented individual to join our Product Strategy & International Operations (PSIO) Performance Optimization team and make a real impact on our business.
Your Role
As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager at LEO Pharma, your main objective will be to become the go-to person for Sales Force Effectiveness globally and drive the development and implementation of the area locally. You will work closely with the rest of the Performance Optimization Team to ensure consistency across markets and brands. Your role will involve driving improvement and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness fundamentals, identifying key performance indicators and benchmarks, and solving complex problems within Sales Force Effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to drive informed business discussions with key markets and contribute to concrete initiatives to improve country performance.
- Drive improvement and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness fundamentals
- Ensure consistency of SFE processes and practices across markets
- Identify key performance indicators and benchmarks for success
- Solve complex problems and improve existing processes
- Drive informed business discussions with key markets
- Support development of global to local data & reporting initiatives
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Business, science, or engineering Master's degree, analytical background
- 5+ years of experience in international roles in the pharma industry
- Experience in global or regional roles in SFE or Commercial Excellence
- Developing ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Good stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills

As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, you will collaborate with various teams within Product Strategy & International Operations, including Commercial Operations & Data, Global Brand teams, Digital Customer Engagement, Rest of World Performance Optimization, and local SFE Managers.
