Your role
As a Principal Medical Professional you would be responsible for supporting the medical strategy for selected assets within Chronic Hand Eczema
In this position you will deliver medical insight and guidance to business and functional strategy, and translate the corporate strategy into short to long-term tactical direction and priorities for the Chronic Hand Eczema assets. This position will also be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects.
Key responsibilities will include
- Support Global Medical Strategy by aligning global medical plans with asset and brand strategies.
- Drive disease area understanding and long-term strategic vision in key forums.
- Provide input on Clinical Development Plans, including endpoints and patient populations.
- Lead integrated evidence plans, clinical/real-world studies, and scientific narratives.
- Build relationships with External Experts to shape medical strategies and evidence generation.
- Contribute to publication plans, and pre-launch activities for early assets.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD), PharmD or PhD in natural sciences or life sciences
- At least 5 years of experience from Medical Affairs roles in Global, Regional and/ or affiliate level
- Experience in dermatology and familiarity with topical agents would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Hands on experience of both product launches and marketed products
- Good understanding of the drug development process

You excel in aligning local and global medical affairs strategies, facilitating cross-functional and cross-geographical collaboration, and driving results.
