Your Role
As a Principal Biostatistician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering biostatistical expertise to Global Product Strategy, International Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders. You will work on strategic and statistical inputs for Clinical Study Reports, HTA submissions, payer materials, health economic modelling, RWD studies, and publications. This is a global role with no direct people management responsibilities, but you will supervise consultants and coordinate deliverables from a scientific perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct state-of-the-art statistical analyses for clinical trials, observational studies, and health economic data.
• Provide statistical input for publications, HTA submissions, and clinical study reports.
• Support meta-analyses, indirect treatment comparisons, and health economic decision models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with quantitative evidence.
• Supervise consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Use SAS, R, and other statistical tools to deliver robust analyses.

Your Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (formal training in health economics or epidemiology is a plus).
• Vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related research fields.
• Proven track record of contributing to peer-reviewed scientific publications.
• Expertise in quality of life, patient-reported outcomes, and causal inference in observational research.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or similar statistical software.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

You will join a diverse and open-minded team of statisticians, pharmacoepidemiologists, clinical outcome experts, and consultants located in Denmark and Canada. The team consists of 10-15 professionals with varied backgrounds and personalities, fostering an informal and collaborative environment.
