Your Role
Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Medical Strategy Plans for the region.
- Provide medical expertise for Brand Strategy.
- Create KEE and Stakeholder engagement plans.
- Lead and present at internal and external meetings (including national and international congresses).
- Review and process Investigator Initiated Studies (IISs).
- Manage local medical budgets for Thrombosis.
- Be a member of local leadership teams for Thrombosis.
- Stay updated on therapy area knowledge.
- Review external material for compliance (Nordics only).
- Train and mentor new colleagues in Nordics and UK/Ireland.
- Respond to scientific/medical support requests.
- Provide scientific updates to UK/Ireland and Nordics teams.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Advanced degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences
- 5 years in driving/ managing medical strategy within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
- Strong relationship-building and persuasive abilities
- Effective oral and written communication
- Team player with stakeholder engagement skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in project management
- Budget control and resource management skills

You will be part of the global medical affairs organization, working with international colleagues. You will be also part of affiliate cross functional teams working with marketing, sales and market access across the Nordics and UK/Ireland affiliates.
