LEO Pharma is seeking a talented Manager in Global Safety Case Management. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, contribute to patient safety, and drive the success of LEO Pharma’s global safety surveillance.

 

Your Role
As the Manager in Global Safety Case Management, your objective will be to manage and lead a team of Global Safety Advisors and Safety Leads. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and guidelines, while setting the strategy for Global Safety Surveillance and leading implementation initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities will include

  • People and performance management, including regular 1:1s and performance discussions.
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members.
  • Develop and maintain QMS and Quality control for case handling clinical trials and post marketing.
  • Maintaining of operational partnership relations with external partners.
  • Global responsible for case processing on all LEO’s products in the clinical development (topicals, systemics and biologics) and new to market products.
  • Develop QMS documents, work tools, and templates relevant to GSCM and lead and manage implementation projects as required.
  • Participate in change management of the PV systems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration with regards to clinical trials conduction.
  • Actively participate in global and local networking groups.
     

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in health or biomedicine science (MSc, MSc Pharm, or equivalent) with solid experience working in a project-oriented, international organization, preferably in Pharmacovigilance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of mobilizing teams to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
  • Strong medical/scientific knowledge and evaluation skills, including signal evaluation and trending.
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory requirements (EMA/FDA/ICH).
  • Understanding of clinical/drug development processes and functions.
  • Ability to think strategically, influence others, and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.

You will be joining a highly skilled and collaborative team of Global Safety Specialists and Process Expert in the Global Safety Operation department. Together, you will work towards ensuring compliance, optimizing safety processes, and upholding the highest standards in pharmacovigilance. As a manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team up to 10 people and inspire them, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
