As a Lean Partner at LEO Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting the global Lean improvement program within Technical Development and Supply (TDS). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify process improvement opportunities, manage projects to drive efficiency, and foster a Lean mindset and culture of ongoing improvement.

In Lean & Operational Excellence  you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care. 

 

Your role

  • Function as a catalyst for change and improvement within TDS, in line with our LEO Strategy and TDS contribution.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Lean and Lean community to set the direction for improvement within TDS.
  • Develop the LEO Lean system, implementing standards and best practices for elements within the system.
  • Collaborate with the local Lean community to develop and implement fit-for-purpose improvement plans.
  • Support the TDS Leadership Team on strategy execution, goal deployment, and target setting.
  • Foster a Lean mindset and culture, promoting the adoption of Lean principles and project management methodologies across the organization.

 

Your qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading Lean mindset and improvement efforts.
  • Experience working in and influencing decisions in matrix organizations without formal authority.
  • Ability to translate vision into action and measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent collaborator with cross-functional customers and network partners.
  • Strong personal drive with a focus on taking initiative and producing results.
