Investor Relations Officer

The Investor Relations team at LEO Pharma is recently established as part of the company’s preparation for possible Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the coming years. Working closely with our Head of IR and senior management, you’ll help deliver high‑quality communications, build strong relationships with investors and analysts, and play a key role in shaping how the market understands our strategy and performance.

Your role

As Investor Relations Officer you will play a pivotal role in telling LEO Pharma’s story to the investment community. Join our Investor Relations team at an exciting stage as we prepare for a potential IPO.

Key responsibilities:  

• Translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, concise messages for the investment community.
• Collaborate with the Head of IR and cross‑functional teams in Finance, Legal, and Communications to draft reports, prepare earnings calls and investor presentations.
• Gather business insights to explain operational and financial performance.
• Maintain key IR resources, including the factbook, investor FAQs, analyst Q&A repository, and the IR calendar.
• Actively participate in management roadshows, investor events, and analyst briefings, supporting senior leadership.
• Over time, represent the company independently in selected meetings with investors and analysts.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to produce high‑quality presentations.
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, asset management, investor relations, or similar roles.
