Build a world-class Total Rewards function as LEO Pharma prepares for IPO and be part of the HR Leadership team.

Join us in creating a future legacy in medical dermatology

At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology. We have 115 years’ experience in bringing innovation to healthcare. And we are eager to do much more. Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines. This role lets you own the global rewards agenda end-to-end, partner directly with our CHRO and Remuneration Committee, and shape the infrastructure that will carry LEO Pharma through an IPO and beyond.

In the Global People we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.

Your role

In this role you will lead the strategy, design and governance of global compensation and benefits, build a scalable job architecture, oversee global mobility, and act as partner to the CHRO and RemCo on executive compensation.

Rewards strategy & execution

  • Maintain a global total rewards strategy (base, STI/LTI, equity, benefits) aligned to business goals and a public company context.
  • Ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and regulatory compliance.
  • Set clear global guidelines and governance for consistent, fair pay decisions.

Job architecture & career framework

  • Design and govern a global job architecture (levelling, grading, titling) with Talent & Leadership CoE and HRBPs.

Executive compensation & governance

  • Serve as primary HR lead on all RemCo matters, advising the CHRO and owning executive pay recommendations.
  • Prepare benchmarking, incentive designs, pay-for-performance analyses and governance updates.
  • Align executive pay with shareholder interests and governance standards.

IPO & business transformation readiness

  • Drive total rewards readiness for IPO and investor scrutiny.
  • Build scalable policies, processes and equity programs; prepare CD&A-style and board/investor materials.

Regulatory compliance & transparency

  • Own compliance for reward-related regulations (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive, local pay equity, SEC filings, IFRS/IAS 19, Say-on-Pay).
  • Partner with Legal, Finance and external advisors to manage risk and strengthen governance.

Global mobility

  • Oversee policies and programs for expatriates, assignments and cross-border work, ensuring tax, immigration and labour compliance and cost efficiency.

What the role offers:

  • Sit on the Global People Leadership Team.
  • Board-facing scope with direct RemCo and CHRO partnership.
  • End-to-end ownership of compensation architecture and equity design.
  • The chance to build modern, scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Global impact across regions and close collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • A platform to advance pay equity, transparency and ethical governance.
  • A mission-driven context improving patient outcomes in dermatology.
  • Culture of simplicity, collaboration, accountability and data-driven decisions.

This role is based at our Head Office in Ballerup, Denmark
