Drive Market Access excellence across the full LEO Pharma portfolio as Global Head of the Market Access function

Your role 

You will lead the Global Market Access team, who are responsible for Market Access across the LEO Pharma portfolio of dermatology products. This requires strong collaboration with Global Brand Leads to ensure your team is delivering high impact strategic input and materials. You will also be responsible for above brand functional market access excellence projects, including leading the global Market Access community and ensuring Market Access is anchored strongly in cross functional activities such as brand strategies, launch readiness processes, and research and development projects.  

• Lead the Global Market Access team to ensure the value of our products are recognized by payers globally  
• Drive reimbursement success and value protection across the full LEO portfolio and lifecycle: pipeline, pre-launch and post launch assets, as well as business development opportunities  
• Ensure that market access is a high impact function and effectively anchored within brand teams through strong collaboration with Brand Leads and other cross-functional colleagues 
• Drive global market access excellence across LEO Pharma through leading the Global Market Access Community and working closely with Market Access leadership in affiliates  

Your qualifications  

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:  

• 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably including a range of market access roles eg global and affiliates market access, pipeline to post-launch 
• Deep understanding of the Market Access environment in the EU, US, China and Japan 
• Experience leading a team and driving high impact strategic and cross-functional market access projects 
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience in change management 
• Excellent business understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes across the full value chain 
• Ability to prioritize resources based on immediate and future business needs 
• Master’s degree in public health, marketing, health economics or similar 

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, results orientated and will enjoy building a high performing, fun and energic team environment. The role is based in Copenhagen, but other locations would be considered for the right candidate.  

Your new team 

You will lead a team of 8 highly skilled Market Access Managers, reporting into the VP of Global Asset and Payer Strategy. You will join the Head of Global Strategic Pricing, Head of Global HEOR&RWE and Head of Early Asset Strategy in the Global Asset and Payer Strategy leadership team. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues outside of your department such as Brand Leads, Medical Affairs Leads, Medical and Marketing Excellence colleagues, and senior stakeholders in R&D, Business Development, Corporate Affairs and Finance.
