Your role

As Head of Global Forecasting & Insights, you will own and lead LEO Pharma’s global, long‑term sales forecasting and commercial evaluation across marketed products, early pipeline assets, and business development opportunities. You will act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, stimulating strategic dialogue, enabling shared, high‑quality decision making, and bringing forward‑looking perspectives on market opportunities and portfolio choices that are not always obvious.

Key responsibilities

• Set and lead the global long‑term forecasting agenda for marketed products, ensuring consistency, transparency, and high analytical standards across regions and functions.
• Lead commercial evaluation of early pipeline assets and business development opportunities through scenario‑based and risk‑adjusted analyses that inform investment decisions.
• Direct global market insights and competitive intelligence to anticipate market evolution, uncover white‑space opportunities, and inform portfolio and brand strategy.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, decision‑ready insights that shape executive and governance discussions.
• Build, lead, and continuously develop a high‑performing global Forecasting, Market Insights, and Competitive Intelligence organization.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

• A Master’s degree and 8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or a similarly complex, innovation‑driven industry
• Demonstrated expertise in long‑range commercial forecasting, scenario planning, and risk‑based asset valuation
• Proven track record in evaluating pipeline assets and business development opportunities and influencing senior decision making
• Strong people leadership experience, including building and leading globally distributed teams
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical markets, including product lifecycles, pricing, access, and competitive dynamics

Your new team

You will lead a global team of forecasting, market research, and competitive intelligence professionals and work closely with Global Leadership Team members, brand and early asset teams, Medical Affairs, Development, Product Supply, Business Development, affiliates, and external partners.
