You will be leading Audits & Global Development Quality, a team of 10 direct reports situated out of Denmark and Poland. The team consists of dedicated people who is maintaining the highest competency levels in GxP audits and R&D quality domains.

You will get to work closely with various departments and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and teamwork. Furthermore, you will also be a member of the Corporate Quality leadership team and the Global Quality Extended Leader team, participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality process optimisations.

Your role
As Head of Audits & Global Development Quality, you will have the chance to lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, shaping the future of quality management within a globally recognised pharmaceutical company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the Global GxP auditor team across LEO Pharma, both internally and externally.
• Leading and managing the Global Development Quality team working across LEO Pharma, both internally and externally.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (GCP, GVP, RA) and maintaining the highest standards of quality support for Global Development.
• Actively participating in the strategic impact and operational implementation of the LEO Pharma 2030 Strategy.
• Delivering inputs to define Global Quality business strategy and translating corporate business strategy into short-term tactical directions.
• Providing active leadership with our senior level stakeholders.

Further significant work tasks include setting aspiring targets for the department and evaluating principles and strategies. You will play a crucial role in the strategic impact and operational implementation of LEO Pharma, contributing to the our long-term vision and success.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who possesses excellent collaboration and communication skills and have the ability to interact effectively with senior management. 

We imagine you have:

• A master’s degree in natural science.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a GxP/ISO regulated company.
• Profound and expert knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation, particularly within GVP, GCP, RA and preferred within GMP/GDP as well.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading people formal or informal.
• Change management skills with documented experience in driving cultural transitions.
• You are situated in Denmark or will be able to relocate.
