HR Business Partner 

You are a part of the Global HR Business Partnering team for Production, R&D and Global Product Strategy supporting selected VP areas within the team in driving tactical HR processes, delivering people initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to enhance business value through successful organizational development.

Your role 

You act as a trusted HR partner, supporting senior leaders within the team’s areas of focus to deliver impactful people initiatives. You are a key driver in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, using data insights to influence decisions and foster a positive, high performing work environment.  

Key responsibilities:  

• Act as trusted advisor for your VPs and become the natural go-to person on people matters. 

• Drive and coordinate HR activities across organizational health, leadership, engagement, DE&I, talent management, and people development. 

• Actively contribute to strengthen and continuous develop our company wide HRBP community.  

• Collaborate with Global Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Shared Services to implement annual HR processes and projects. 

• Provide your expertise in Danish employment law, union agreements (lokalaftaler) , and other HR legal matters. 

• Analyse people data and external HR trends, translating insights into actions for key stakeholders.  

Your qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

• Strong People partnering experience  with the ability to lean-in and challenge and solid experience of operating in a global matrix HR function. 

• MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Cand. Jur. or related field,  

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. 

• Strong knowledge of employee relations and solid understanding of Funktionærloven, with experience in Danish labour relations.  

• Acting analytically and proactively in translating people data and trends into actionable insights for stakeholders. 

• Curious and attuned to external HR trends, with the ability to assess their relevance in a LEO Pharma context 

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
