Role Description

HR Business Partner 

ou will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across our global functions. You will support the Global Head of HR Business Partnering and selected VP areas by, driving tactical HR processes, delivering people initiatives and providing data-driven insights that enhance business value. You will apply your experience in Danish Employee Relations and act as a subject matter expert.

Your role 

 

This role is an HR Business Partner with strong emphasis on Employee Relations, alongside a broad HR perspective that includes Global Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Shared Services. We are looking for someone with a  passion for elevating employee relations practices and the experience to guide and influence complex matters in a global context. 

 

Key responsibilities  

 

  • Support selected VP areas and the Global Head of HR Business Partnering by understanding business needs and delivering relevant HR initiatives, proceses and insights 

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations, providing guidance and coordination on employee relations cases  

  • Provide advice on Danish employment law, Funktionærloven, l union agreements, and HR legal matters 

  • Drive and coordinate HR activities across organizational health, leadership, engagement, DE&I, talent management, and people development 

  • Contribute to  reward-related initiatives and other HR functional areas as needed 

  • Analyse people data and external HR trends, translating insights into clear  recommendations for  stakeholders 

 

Your qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: 

 

  • An MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in a global, matrix HR function 

  • Strong experience and demonstrated   experience in Employee Relations, including hands-on involvement in employee relations cases 

  • Solid knowledge of Danish employment law, including Funktionærloven and Danish labour relations 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder  

  • Curiosity and awareness of external HR trends, with the ability to assess their relevance for  LEO Pharma  

  • Competence in using AI tools to enhance HR and business processes, support decision-making and drive business value  

  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
