Your role

We are seeking a dedicated Global Safety Surveillance Advisor to proactively manage the safety profile of our products and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations. This challenging role involves continuous safety surveillance activities,  and collaboration with global teams to uphold the highest safety standards.

This role is a one-year temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine safety surveillance activities and medical assessments for ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Report).
• Write and review aggregated safety reports, RMPs ( Risk Management Plan), and safety sections for key documents.
• Contribute to clinical trial documents and safety data management in collaboration with CROs (Contract Research Organization).
• Engage in responses and reports to Regulatory Authorities, as part of Safety Management Teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in health, biological sciences or veterinary (e.g., MD, MSc) with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of medical and disease concepts and understanding of drug safety and PV procedures.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with business acumen.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication.

You will be joining a highly skilled and collaborative team of Global Safety Advisors and Safety Leads within the Global Safety Surveillance department. The team is divided into three sub teams: one based in Poland and two in Denmark. Together, we work towards ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations, optimizing safety processes, and upholding the highest standards in patient safety.
