We are now seeking a Global Managed Access Manager (no direct reports) who will drive our strategic and reputational initiatives with a vision for excellence. You will take on a pivotal role, owning the global responsibility internally while overseeing external delivery. This position is essential to ensure consistent governance, strategic alignment, and exceptional execution across portfolios, programs, and regions.

 
Your role in key responsibilities

     •    Take ownership and coordinate all Managed Access Program (MAP) strategies and activities globally.

     •    Oversee outsourced MAP vendors and service providers to maintain quality and alignment.

     •    Lead internal governance and facilitate decision-making processes.

     •    Monitor KPIs, timelines, patient metrics, and costs to ensure effective delivery.

     •    Maintain and update SOPs, documentation, and operational standards. 

Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring the following qualifications and skills:

     •    A scientific background (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
     •    Strong command of the English language.
     •    At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Safety, Quality, or Program Management.
     •    Previous experience with rare diseases (preferred but not required)
     •    Previous experience with managed access (preferred but not required)
     •    Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
     •    The capability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects.
     •    Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and engagement.
