Your role
 As Launch and Project Manager you will be driving the cross functional launch for European markets and launch cross functional teams. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing pragmatic processes and structures to support the execution of plans.
 
Your main tasks will be to:

• Project management for overall integrated launch plan incl. development, maintenance and communication.

• Facilitate cross-functional process of development/maintenance of BC and roll-out plan.

• Maintains close collaboration with workstream leads and own team to plan and execute the integrated launch plan, including driving consensus on goals, objectives and deliverables and ensure alignment

• Plan, and lead cross-functional initiatives and meetings, workshops, change management related initiatives etc. and create follow-up plans and initiatives

• Act as sparring partner to manager in relation to strategic communication and change activities for the execution of the brand integrated launch plan and launch readiness preparations

• Be highly organized and structured

• Meet project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives

• Exhibit a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative and compliance

• Responsible for compliance with applicable LEO Policies and procedures

Your qualifications 
 
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Proven track record of launch, strategic project management 
• ⁠Master's degree in Project management, Brand/Marketing or similar 
• 3+ years of Project/Program management experience in a life sciences organisation e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device company
• Excellent communication skills – distilling the right level of information and being able to lead the organization to action
• Excellent planning skills
• Product launch experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity
• Oncology experience is desired, but not required
• The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 15%)
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
