We're on an ambitious path to become the leaders in medical dermatology worldwide.  The Global HEOR & RWE Specialist will drive strategic payer evidence generation to ensure the future success of our pipeline products and new indications. This will include a focus on patients with chronic hand eczema, breaking ground in a new disease area with a new therapeutic approach in an area with a high unmet medical need.

Your role

Your key area of responsibility will be to take part in leading the strategic direction of the clinical and economic evidence generation targeting payers and HTA bodies for future indications for one of our lead compounds. You will also be responsible for our early assets as the HEOR representative in the New Product Planning Team, who cover new indications of launched assets, pipeline products and business development opportunities.

• Drive HEOR strategy as part of the cross-functional New Product Planning Payer team 
• Drive the direction for payer evidence requirements for new dermatological indications
• Collaborate closely with Research and Development colleagues as the HEOR representative in pre-launch activities 
• Set the payer direction for clinical development plans, statistical analysis plans, and clinical trial reports
• Develop, design, and conduct pharmacoeconomic, outcomes research & Real World Evidence studies together with multiple stakeholders
• Drive HEOR publications and author/co-author HEOR/RWE publications

 
Additionally, you will be part of setting the direction for the HEOR & RWE team and drive key above-brand initiatives. 
 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 
 

• A Master’s in Economics, Health Economics, statistics, Public Health, or similar
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with Health Economics and/or Real World Evidence in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy
• Experience in working with pipeline projects and asset maximization
• Experience in interactions with HTAs and reimbursement submissions
   

Additionally, you should have experience working with and managing stakeholders in cross-functional teams, including excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
 

Your new team

You will join a team of 5 highly skilled and dedicated health economists responsible for payer evidence generation across the LEO portfolio. The HEOR & RWE team is part of the Global Pricing, HEOR, Market Access & NPP team located at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
