Global HEOR Manager

In our HEOR department we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals. You will report to the Head of Global HEOR&RWE, and join a team of 5 HEOR managers.
 

Your role

You will lead the development and execution of HEOR strategies that demonstrate the value of our products to stakeholders worldwide. In this role, you will design and oversee health economic models, real-world evidence studies, and outcomes research to support market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment with global regulatory and payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HEOR methodologies, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

•    Be part of the Anzupgo/Adbry Payer team and collaborate strongly with market access and pricing team members 
•    Provide strategic support to markets to protect the value of the product, including USA, Canada, Japan, EU and Rest of World markets
•    Plan and drive HEOR projects to support the value of the product in a competitive market
•    Develop economic models and HEOR tools to demonstrate product value
•    Conduct and report economic analysis to affiliates
•    Develop protocols for and collect real world evidence
•    Develop HEOR publications to demonstrate value for the product, provide input to publication plan and contribute to clinical publications for the product
•    Contribute to externally communication of the product value through other publications to payer audiences
 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

•    M. Sc./Ph.D. in Economics, Health Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy or similar 
•    5 year experience in industry or academia with at least 2 year experience in HEOR and/or Market Access
•    In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and funding mechanisms in major global markets  
•    Expertise in health technology assessment (HTA) and value assessment across key regions  
•    Proficiency in health economics analysis, including economic modeling and network meta-analysis  
•    Experience in outcomes research, real-world evidence generation, and other evidence development methodologies
•    Strong understanding of payer decision criteria, decision-making processes, and managed entry agreements  
•    Familiarity with biopharmaceutical drug development, regulatory requirements, clinical trials, and reporting standards
