Your role
- Lead the commercial team behind the launch of LEO pharma’s next dermatology asset
- Accountable for brand P/L, managing the cross-functional global commercial budget and brand forecast
- Develop and execute the cross-functional brand strategy, driving trade-offs and prioritization to optimize the business value of the brand
- Lead the global brand team, aligning input from diverse functions (medical affairs, market access, pricing, HEOR, development, insights, marketing and sales excellence)
- Ensure timely cross-function communication for seamless progress and adherence to timeline
- Provide input into the Integrated Evidence Plan to ensure differentiation of LEO brands
- Approve commercial launches in all markets and assess launch readiness
- Develop marketing tools, patient support resources, and commercial training modules
- Manage external spend and headcount allocation to the brand
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Extensive leadership experience in pharma including hiring and coaching direct reports
- Strong global brand development and marketing experience and work experience in at least two countries (China or Japan experience a plus)
- Ability to effectively plan and execute with a clear direction and pace
- Ability to translate insights into a viable and effective commercial strategy/operation plan
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with partners inside and outside of LEO
- Strategic vision and business acumen, excellent communication, financial, and analytical skills
- High level of self-awareness and ability to work cross culturally
- A commitment to creating a healthy team culture both with your direct reports and peers
