You will be responsible for all elements of employee relations in Denmark, ensuring consistent, high-quality support and guidance, while driving simplification and workflow design through the adoption of AI. In this exciting hybrid role, you will also develop or further build your HR Business Partner capabilities.

Your role

This role is firstly centred on Employee Relations and secondly on HR Business Partnering. We are looking for someone with a passion for elevating employee relations practices and the experience to guide and influence complex matters in a global context.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Danish Employee Relations
• Advise on and be responsible for Danish employment law, collective agreements, local agreements and HR legal matters
• Own and drive simplification and workflow design
• Guide HRBPs and leaders in Denmark on legal people matters
• Support selected VP areas as an HR Business Partner by understanding business needs and delivering relevant HR initiatives, processes and insights
• Drive HR organizational activities, including talent and reward-related initiatives
• Analyse people data and external HR trends and turn insights into recommendations

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

• Master of Law or MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Danish employment law, including Funktionærloven and Danish labour relations, 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity and awareness of external HR trends, with the ability to assess their relevance for LEO Pharma
• Interest in and ability to use AI tools to enhance HR and business processes, support decision-making and drive business value
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including hands-on involvement in employee relations cases
• Experience with collective agreements and bargaining processes is considered an advantage
• Experience supporting leaders or business areas with HR initiatives, processes and insights is considered an advantage
