Do you want to lead the future of Patient-Centric Digital Health at LEO Pharma? We are looking for a Global Digital Health Partnerships Lead to drive this vision forward by forging strategic partnerships that make a tangible difference for patients.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you will develop and manage partnerships with external digital health providers such as telehealth platforms, HCP locator tools, patient support apps, and advocacy groups, and integrate them seamlessly into LEO Pharma’s digital environment. Your work will ensure that patients can move from awareness to action, accessing care and support when they need it most.

You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to onboarding partners and measuring impact. Working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, medical, and digital teams, you will ensure that every partnership is compliant, scalable, and aligned with our patient activation strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities with external service providers that enhance patient engagement and access to care.
• Lead negotiations and structure agreements that deliver mutual value for LEO Pharma, partners, and most importantly patients.
• Manage onboarding and integration of partner services into LEO Pharma’s digital platforms, ensuring technical and regulatory fit.
• Develop governance and operating models for partnerships, including legal contracting, due diligence, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor performance and impact, setting clear KPIs such as HCP bookings, telehealth sessions, and app engagement, and adapt strategies based on insights.
• Stay ahead of digital health trends, identifying emerging opportunities and building intelligence to inform ecosystem development.

Your Qualifications

You are a strategic connector with a passion for digital health and patient empowerment. You thrive in complex, regulated environments and know how to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience in digital health business development or partnership management, ideally in pharma, med-tech, or health platforms.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across B2B and external stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of digital healthcare ecosystems, patient journeys, and operational models.
• Highly collaborative, with excellent project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams and navigating compliance-heavy processes.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Significant experience in partnership development within digital health or related sectors.
• Ability to track, analyse, and act on performance insights to maximize patient and business value.
