Your role
As a Core Portfolio Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing global regulatory strategies for our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing innovative, strategic regulatory guidance in collaboration with Outsourcing Partner’s Global Regulatory Leads (GRLs) and the LEO Pharma Core Portfolio Lead.
- Setting direction for Partner GRLs to align with Life Cycle Management (LCM) Team strategies.
- Supporting the development and execution of regulatory strategies for LCM projects, ensuring a strong foundation for product optimization and approval.
- Communicating project decisions clearly to Partner GRLs and resolving issues related to LCM projects.
- Staying ahead of the curve by growing your expertise in European, and key international markets, as well as ICH guidelines and competitor intelligence.
- Building and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships across Partner, Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and the broader LEO organization.
- Contributing to cross-functional LCM projects and ensuring adherence to budgets for regulatory activities.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs.
- A solid understanding of the regulatory framework for life cycle management phases of drug development.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and an appreciation for cultural differences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to interpret guidelines to provide strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in English
