As Chief of Staff, you will be part of the Thrombosis leadership team and working closely with our Executive Vice President for Thrombosis and the functional leaders. You will also have high exposure to the full Global Leadership team and the Board of Directors in this supporting role. To ensure a high level of delivery in this role we are looking for at bright talent within pharma or consulting.

 

Your role

  • Lead strategic, commercial, and complex projects to support the EVP of Thrombosis
  • Ensure the EVP is supported for the work of the Global Leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Act as a leadership representative for Thrombosis and communication liaison between the Thrombosis towards the Technical Operations to support supply chain optimization agenda
  • Collaborate with the EVP and functional leaders to set clear performance goals and objectives for Thrombosis, tracking and measuring against key performance indicators and analyze and identify key areas for improvement
  • Prepare and review presentations for internal and external events in close collaboration with relevant parts of the organization
  • Define and implement future required capabilities across Thrombosis and lead major lean projects to drive efficient and shared ways of working
  • Lead substantial organizational work to establish shared ways of working and cultural mindset coming together as one organization
  • Part of the Thrombosis leadership team, though no direct reports, meaning leading indirectly.

 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant master’s degree preferred
  • Pharma expertise
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Preferably supply chain experience to collaborate closely with our Technical Production Operations Unit
  • Ability to build strong internal network and lead complex strategic projects with significant stakeholder management and enabling diverse viewpoints to meet
  • Lead comprehensive and complete analyses and decision making materials

 

As a person we are looking for the ability to create and deliver clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Strong execution and follow up skills and an interpersonal savvy person that can relate to people across levels, functions, culture, and geography. Also focus on deep understanding of key drivers of organizational effectiveness and change.

 

Workplace is LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup Denmark, where we expect you to be present onsite. Hence, we do not offer a hybrid model or commute for this role, but you can expect some flexibility in working onsite or from home.
