Reporting to the Executive Vice President of TDS you will be involved in strategy development and deployment, project management as well as daily operations. You will be responsible for performance management, including follow up and reporting to the leadership team and other stakeholders.

You will join ambitious and passionate colleagues in a flat organizational structure that will enable the right person to make a real impact in LEO Pharma. You will be interacting with various parts of the business and gain a deep insight into LEO Pharma’s value chain.

With ~1.600 employees across sites in Denmark, Ireland, Italy, France and Poland, TDS is responsible for Global Quality, CMC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Global Procurement. The position is based in LEO Pharma’s headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark and you will interact with colleagues across the organization.

Your role

• Support EVP for TDS and prepare and review presentations for meetings and events
• Drive TDS Leadership meetings, incl. preparation and alignment of agendas
• Follow up and prepare monthly performance review
• Participate in strategy development and deployment
• Define and drive initiatives across TDS and LEO Pharma
• Engage with organization to identify areas of opportunity and ensure momentum

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or equivalent
• Proficiency within management, administration, finance, project management, or organizational areas
• Ability to lead complex programs and projects with significant stakeholder management and enabling diverse viewpoints to meet
• Lead comprehensive and complete analysis and decision-making materials
• Strong execution and follow-up skills
• Customer service-oriented, collaboration skills, and attention to details
• Secure deadlines are met and handle confidential information
• Ideally pharmaceutical industry experience, but not a must
• Good communication and presentation skills, including excellent verbal and written English
• Ability to synthesize and communicate concise, including attention to detail and layout
• Act as cultural champion and act with a sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal skills, and likes to interact with all levels in the organization
• Resilience and confidence under pressure, ability to structure own workload and planning
