This is a business and external focused role, where you will handle both internal and external stakeholders at high levels (Partners, Board of Directors, Global Leadership team) while driving commercial transformation, business optimization, governance, communication, and cultural transformation with responsibility to influence across senior Leadership in LEO Pharma.

You will find yourself being part of the PSIO Leadership team working very closely together with our EVP of PSIO, which means there will have to be a natural alignment between the two of you. Success in this role is tied together with your ability to understand LEO Pharma’s broad commercial profile, and how to use your strategic and analytic thinking to disrupt or transform and handle the stakeholders within, so you know whom to involve and how to initiate complex projects. You will collaborate at eyesight at any level of our organization, building solid relations across affiliates and across our value chain. 
 

Your role

• Drive strategic projects across PSIO and strategic commercial projects across LEO Pharma
• Accountable for and driving PSIO Governance
• PSIO representation in LEO Pharma including preparing and reviewing presentations for internal and external events in close collaboration with relevant parts of the organization
• Define and implement a commercial Lean Six Sigma mindset and build up capabilities across PSIO and lead major lean projects to drive efficient and shared ways of working
• Create solid communication and communication flows
• Lead substantial organizational work to establish models for affiliates, shared ways of working and cultural mindsets coming together as one organization
   

Your qualifications.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Leadership and P&L experience is preferred, matching a director level role
• Experience in building and implementing governance structure
• Substantial commercial pharmaceutical expertise to navigate in the commercial spaceAbility to lead complex and strategic projects with significant stakeholder management
• Lead comprehensive and complete analyses and decision-making materials
• Ability to create and deliver clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Strong execution and follow up skills as well as communication expertise
• Act as a cultural champion and drive cultural changesInterpersonal savvy being able to relate with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography
• Resilient e.g., by being confident under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude, growing from hardships
• Trained in LEAN and/or Six sigma or related tools is a benefit
