Your role

As an Artwork Coordinator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Coordinating the creation and maintenance of artwork for printed packaging components, acting as the link between Regulatory Affairs, Graphic Designers, production sites, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Proofreading artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Proactively initiating dialogue with stakeholders across all levels to move tasks forward and secure timely decisions.
  • Ensuring that ambitious deadlines are met without compromising quality or compliance standards.
  • Participating in packaging projects across multiple departments and production sites, driving seamless collaboration.
  • Guiding and training internal and external stakeholders on processes and systems relevant to artwork and packaging workflows.
  • Creating and updating Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Controls (CCs), and managing deviations as needed.

 

 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, combined with pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience coordinating artwork for pharmaceutical packaging components (in a GXP environment).
  • Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
