Your role
In this role you will tackle data challenges as opportunities for innovation, applying your strong programming skills (Python, cloud, ML) and clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your curiosity, adaptability, and drive to challenge the status quo will help you grow toward technical leadership while shaping the future of AI at LEO Pharma.
Key responsibilities:

Partner across the organization to design and ship impactful AI solutions for our business with AI.

One week, you might build financial forecasting models; the next, deploy predictive maintenance for large-scale manufacturing; a few weeks later, predict molecular properties or enhance agentic workflows in our internal generative AI solutions.

Take ownership of projects and develop them with creativity using traditional ML, computer vision, NLP, cloud infrastructure, application development etc.

Work alongside and learn from experienced AI, data, and cloud infrastructure teams: benefitting from hands-on mentorship, exposure to best practices, and opportunities to lead initiatives as you grow into a future leader in the field.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

Solid Python fundamentals (NumPy, pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow, etc.).

A public GitHub or other examples of work.

Hobby projects or entrepreneurial experience to show.

Experience in ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle).

Typescript web development experience (e.g. nextjs, etc)
-
A commitment to clean, readable code and clear communication.
