Your role
As Field Medical Advisor, you will represent LEO Pharma in scientific interactions with the objective to maximize the value of LEO Pharma’s dermatology portfolio through credible, balanced and high-quality peer-to-peer scientific communication.
You will act as a therapeutic area expert, supporting both external and internal stakeholders with medical and scientific knowledge, while contributing to the execution of the Medical Affairs Plan and the achievement of short- and long-term goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building, developing and maintaining strong scientific relationships with key external experts in dermatology.
- Communicating medical and scientific information about LEO Pharma products in a balanced, accurate and compliant way.
- Planning and coordinating medical and scientific activities in alignment with the Medical Affairs Plan.
- Supporting investigator-initiated study proposals, data generation projects and study execution, including site identification.
- Providing scientific support to internal teams, including Medical Affairs and Sales Representatives.
In this role, you will also contribute to scientific meetings, presentations and publications based on local needs. Through meaningful scientific exchange, you will help foster innovative therapeutic approaches and support better outcomes for patients living with dermatological conditions.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A strong scientific or medical educational background, preferably within life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field.
- Solid medical and scientific knowledge, with the ability to act as a therapeutic area expert in dermatology.
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs or a similar pharmaceutical function, ideally with exposure to field-based scientific engagement.
- Strong scientific communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and key external experts.
- Good business acumen, organizational and analytical skills, combined with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in dermatology is desirable.

Your new team
You will join the Scientific Affairs Dermatology team in Greece and report to the Head of Medical Affairs Greece. The team works closely with internal functions and external experts to advance medical knowledge and support LEO Pharma’s dermatology ambitions.

The annual gross base salary for new hires in this role ranges from EUR 45.000 to EUR 55.000 including taxes. This range has been established by considering multiple factors such as the candidate’s experience, educational background, unique skill set, and the market value for the position. Additionally, this role may include a variable performance-based component, which varies depending on the responsibilities and organizational level.

Compensation is offered within the established range and is determined by evaluating the candidate’s skills, professional background, and level of expertise, in alignment with Greek labor regulations and the company’s internal policy.
